Once upon a time, Lamorne Morris' Winston Bishop was the least developed character on the otherwise fantastic New Girl. But over the last 2.5 seasons, the writing staff turned him into the craziest straw in a factory of crazy straws. It's time to step your game up CeCe. 

The weirder they make him, the better he gets, he's not the MVP (that's Jake Johnson's Nick Miller), but he's putting up big numbers these days.
